What is Pitti Uomo? "Pitti" (as it's known colloquially) is the world’s leading bi-annual menswear trade show held at Fortezza de Basso in Florence, Italy. Since September 1972, it has been an incubator for aesthetic inspiration, cultural conversation, and global innovation in the world of menswear.
What once started as a trade fair to solidify the legitimacy of Italian-Made fashions, Pitti has evolved into a stage for international brands to present new collections to press and buyers alike.
Equally as important, it promotes networking, consulting, and shared knowledge among its’ attendees— most of which call themselves “Pitti Peacocks”, as guests are known for their flamboyant displays of streetwear fashion and modern tailoring.
