Come See Newman & Co. in the Wild

Okay so here’s how your day should go (or at least how we’d do it).

  • 9:00 - Arrive at Cafe Patachou for breakfast with your friends. Order the Overachiever Omelette (bacon, white cheddar, sour cream, and horseradish) with a side of (best in class) Cinnamon Toast.

  • 10:15 - Pop into the main building of The Stutz and visit the first round of vendors! The Newman & Co. booth is right by the south entrance to the main Stutz building.

  • 11:30 - Visit Amelia’s Bakery for a shopping intermission i.e. a pastry and coffee. We like the Capocollo Twist, the Tomato Pie Danish, and the Brownie!

  • 12:00 - Head to the Pink Building for shopping round two! Here you’ll find more amazing vendors, several activations, an auxiliary bar from Turner’s, and some great live jazz, holiday music, and DJ’s. Plus additional food vendors for lunch!

  • 1:30 - Wrap your visit up with the one-two punch that is Julieta Taco Shop and Turner’s Bar. At Julieta, you’d be a fool to not order the Broccolini Taco. It sounds too simple but this taco is truly more than the sum of its parts. That being said, everything from the meat to the tortillas is made in-house so it’d be difficult to order incorrectly. And Turner’s just released their holiday cocktail menu! We can’t wait to try the “Drunk, Actually”. Tequila, Spiced Pear Liqueur, Pimento Dram, Matcha Orgeat, and Lemon make for a tropical holiday drink that’s going to go down just fine after a day of shopping. With a passthrough window between the two establishments, you can order your tacos on your phone while relaxing and pick them up when you hear your name called.

And don’t forget to participate in the market-wide scavenger hunt! One winner will be chosen to win a prize basket from several of our vendors (including us)!
